  • On iPhone 7 or iPhone 7 Plus: Press and hold both the Side and Volume Down buttons for at least 10 seconds before you see the Apple logo
  1. For Another Half Hour, Let Your Device Charge.

  • If you've done all the checks and still won't turn on or charge your iPhone, it might mean that your phone is defective. You can carry your iPhone, charging cable, and charging adapter to the Apple Retail Store or Apple Approved Service Provider if this is the case.
